Types of coloproctology surgery:
Hemorrhoidectomy Laser Surgery

A Hemorrhoidectomy is surgery to remove internal or external hemorrhoids that are extensive or severe. LASER Hemorrhoidectomy is the most effective treatment for hemorrhoids.

Hemorrhoid Laser procedure is a new Laser procedure for outpatient treatment of hemorrhoids in which hemorrhoidal arterial flow feeding the hemorrhoidal plexus is stopped by means of Doppler-Guided Laser Coagulation. The procedure was repeated for each artery through clockwise rotation of the proctoscope.

Hemorrhoidectomy Stapler Surgery

Stapled hemorrhoidectomy is an effective alternative that results in far less pain. The procedure is performed as an outpatient surgery, and those who undergo the procedure should be back to their work and regular activities within a few days.

Stapled hemorrhoidectomy, also known as stapled hemorrhoidopexy, is a surgical procedure that involves the removal of abnormally enlarged hemorrhoidal tissue, followed by the repositioning of the remaining hemorrhoidal tissue back to its normal anatomic position. Severe cases of hemorrhoidal prolapse will normally require surgery. Newer surgical procedures include stapled transanal rectal resection (STARR) and procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids (PPH). Both STARR and PPH are contraindicated in persons with either enterocele or anismus.

Fissure In Ano

An anal fissure (fissure-in-ano) is a small, oval shaped tear in skin that lines the opening of the anus. Fissures typically cause severe pain and bleeding with bowel movements. Fissures are quite common in the general population, but are often confused with other causes of pain and bleeding, such as hemorrhoids.

Fistula VAAFT

Video-assisted anal fistula treatment (VAAFT):  A day care, painless procedure for treatment of anal fistula.

VAAFT is a novel minimally invasive and sphincter-saving technique for treating complex fistulas.

Anal fistula is a chronic abnormal communication between the epithelialised surface of the anal canal and usually the perianal skin.An anal fistula can be described as a narrow tunnel with its internal opening in the anal canal and its external opening in the skin near the anus.Anal fistulae commonly occur in people with a history of anal abscesses. They can form when anal abscesses do not heal properly. If the outlet of these glands becomes blocked, an abscess can form which can eventually extend to the skin surface. The tract formed by this process is a fistula.

Coloproctology

Management of Hemorrhoids (Piles), Fissure in ano, Fistula etc. by advanced techniques for minimal post-operative pain.

Coloproctology(uncountable) Branch of medicine dealing with pathology of the colon, rectum, and anus and colorectal surgery. Colorectal surgery is specialty inside proctology.

Colorectal surgery is a field in medicine dealing with disorders of the rectumanus, and colon. The field is also known as proctology, but this term is now used infrequently within medicine and is most often employed to identify practices relating to the anus and rectum in particular
